Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, fondly called Yayi, has advised entrepreneurs to take advantage of trade fairs as practical avenues to expose, promote, and expand the visibility of their products.
Speaking at the just-concluded 3-day Ogun West MSME Trade Fair held in Ota, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State, on Friday, November 7, 2025, Senator Adeola emphasized the importance of continuous innovation and digital literacy in business growth.
The Ogun West lawmaker at the Senate urged entrepreneurs, particularly those in the agri-business sector, to leverage modern digital marketing techniques and online platforms to reach wider audiences beyond their local markets.
The trade fair, themed: “MSME as a Catalyst for Economic Growth,” was organized by Senator Adeola in collaboration with the Federal Cooperative College, Oji River, Enugu State.
According to him, the event was designed to provide over 100 agri-business entrepreneurs with a valuable opportunity to exhibit their products, interact with potential investors, and explore new business networks that can drive regional and national economic development.
