Stanbic IBTC Bank has successfully met the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) recapitalization requirements, exceeding the N200 billion threshold for national banks. This achievement follows a highly successful rights issue that raised N148.7 billion, with an impressive oversubscription rate of 21.9%, resulting in an additional N181.4 billion in capital.
