Abdul-Azeez Olusegun, popularly known as Jandor, a former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, believes that the PDP lacks the grassroots structure necessary to defeat the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos.
