Zenith Bank Plc has opened multiple digital and physical channels for Nigerians in the country and abroad who wish to participate in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals.
The bank, which is one of the receiving banks for the landmark offer, has designated its website, mobile banking app, internet banking, USSD platform, corporate internet banking and branches nationwide as channels through which investors can submit their applications.
Zenith Bank said investors can access the offer through its extensive network of 456 branches and 84 cash centres, providing customers with convenient and secure options to participate from within Nigeria or overseas.
According to the bank, investors can initiate their applications using digital devices from anywhere in the world or visit any Zenith Bank branch to complete the process.
All subscriptions will be linked to investors’ Bank Verification Numbers (BVNs), providing an additional layer of identity verification and security throughout the application and allotment process.
The subscription period is scheduled to commence on Monday, September 14, 2026, and will run for 30 days, closing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
The offer price, according to the prospectus, is ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares valued at ₦5,250.
The IPO is expected to raise ₦2.15 trillion, making it the largest equity offering ever undertaken on the African continent.
The prospectus also states that retail investors who subscribe to the offer and retain their shares may be eligible for bonus shares under the Retail Investor Incentive Programme, subject to the required regulatory approvals.
Zenith Bank said its digital infrastructure and extensive banking network are positioned to provide investors with a seamless experience throughout the subscription process.
The bank noted that its experience in handling its own recent public offering, which was largely conducted through digital channels, demonstrates its capacity to manage large-scale investment transactions. It added that its technology infrastructure has since undergone further improvements to strengthen its ability to serve retail customers.
As part of the wider Dangote Refinery share offer, Quantum Zenith Capital & Investments Limited is among the joint issuing houses, while Zenith Bank is providing receiving and electronic application channels for investors.
With more than three decades of operations, Zenith Bank has continued to combine its extensive branch network with digital banking solutions to provide financial services to individuals, businesses and institutional customers.
Investors interested in participating in the Dangote Refinery IPO can fund their Zenith Bank accounts and submit their applications through any of the bank’s approved channels before the offer closes on October 13, 2026.
The bank advised prospective investors to carefully review the offer Prospectus and, where necessary, obtain independent professional advice before making any investment decision. The terms and conditions of the offer remain subject to applicable laws, regulations and regulatory approvals.
