The final phase of the 2027 FIFA Women’s Champions Cup will take place in Miami, United States, with the newly opened Nu Stadium, home of Inter Miami CF, selected to host the decisive matches.
FIFA announced that the second edition of the competition will bring together leading women’s club sides from across the world, with the semi-finals, third-place match and final scheduled to be played at the Miami venue in January 2027.
The tournament is designed to bring together the continental champions from Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Oceania to compete for an intercontinental women’s club title.
The 2027 competition will run from January 27 to 31, with the preliminary stages preceding the final phase. FIFA said the seeding for the second edition was determined by the results of the inaugural tournament.
Club América Femenil of Mexico and FC Barcelona Femení of Spain have already secured places in the 2027 competition.
The inaugural edition was held in England in January and February 2026, with Arsenal Women emerging as champions after defeating Corinthians 3-2 after extra time in the final.
The decision to stage the final phase in Miami represents another step in FIFA’s efforts to expand the international profile of women’s club football and create a global platform for continental champions.
The competition will culminate with the final at Nu Stadium, where the second FIFA Women’s Champions Cup champions will be crowned.
