Nollywood actor Rykardo Agbor has survived a car accident in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The actor reportedly announced the incident in a video shared on his Instagram page, showing his badly damaged vehicle following the crash.
The accident occurred around the Cornerstone City billboard area in Ibadan, according to reports.
In the video, Agbor expressed gratitude to God for surviving the incident, repeatedly thanking God for sparing his life.
The cause of the crash was not immediately disclosed, while details about whether other people were involved were also unavailable at the time of reporting.
Agbor, also known as Ricardo Agbor, began his acting career in 1992 after working as a model. He later gained recognition for his role in the movie Visa to Hell and has featured in both English- and Yoruba-language Nollywood productions.
The actor, who was born in Lagos State and is originally from Delta State, studied Mass Communication at the University of Ibadan.
The incident has prompted messages of relief and prayers from colleagues and members of the public following the actor’s announcement.
