JMG Limited has urged increased investment in infrastructure, energy systems and technical capacity as Nigeria celebrates its 66th Independence Anniversary.
The company said sustained development in these areas would be essential to strengthening economic growth and supporting Nigeria’s long-term development.
In its Independence Day message, JMG congratulated Nigerians and reaffirmed its commitment to national development through engineering expertise, innovative technologies and practical infrastructure solutions.
The company stressed the importance of collaboration among government, businesses, professionals and citizens in building, maintaining and protecting the systems that support economic activities.
JMG’s Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, said Nigeria’s ability to translate its potential into sustainable economic progress would depend significantly on the quality, reliability and efficiency of infrastructure supporting businesses, industries and communities.
“Independence gives us the freedom to determine the kind of country we want to build. That freedom also comes with the responsibility to invest in the infrastructure, skills and technologies that can transform Nigeria’s potential into lasting progress,” Jammal said.
She described reliable power and supporting infrastructure as critical to industrial productivity, business expansion, job creation and improved quality of life.
Jammal also said the growing demand for dependable and efficient energy provides an opportunity to accelerate the adoption of technologies capable of improving energy security, increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs and encouraging more sustainable business practices.
She noted that JMG’s contribution to Nigeria’s infrastructure development has evolved alongside the country’s changing needs.
“For nearly three decades, JMG has remained committed to providing practical engineering solutions that support businesses and institutions across Nigeria,” she said.
According to her, the company’s services cover areas including power generation, electrical infrastructure, vertical transportation, cooling systems, compressed air technologies and renewable energy solutions.
Jammal added that JMG would continue to support efforts aimed at developing the infrastructure, technical expertise and energy systems needed to build a more productive and sustainable future for Nigeria.
With its experience in engineering and infrastructure solutions, JMG continues to provide technologies and technical expertise to businesses and institutions responding to evolving operational and energy requirements.
