President Bola Tinubu’s administration is committed to building a Nigeria that is inclusive and fair to all its citizens. The Renewed Hope Agenda guides the administration’s policies, aiming to drive development equitably across all regions and ensure no part of the country is left behind.
The administration is working on various infrastructure projects, such as the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway in the South, Sokoto-Badagry Superhighway in the North, and Abuja-Kaduna-Kano expressway in the Centre. These projects are designed to improve connectivity and facilitate economic growth. Additionally, the Port Harcourt-Maiduguri rail in the East will enhance transportation and trade in the region.
The administration has launched initiatives to create jobs and stimulate economic growth. 250,000 new jobs are being created to support young people and stimulate economic growth. The administration is also providing support to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through funding, training, and tax reforms.
In the healthcare and education sectors, the administration is working to improve healthcare and education. Rehabilitation of health centers nationwide and expanded access to quality education through infrastructure investments and student loan schemes are some of the initiatives. The administration is committed to providing quality education and has introduced initiatives to support indigent students in tertiary institutions.
The administration is leveraging technology to drive development, including initiatives like Innovate Naija and the National Single Window project to streamline international trade. Furthermore, the administration has launched initiatives to boost local food production, support farmers, and stabilize food prices. A national agricultural drive to cultivate over 100 million oil palm trees across various parts of the country is one such initiative.
By prioritizing inclusivity and equitable development, the Tinubu administration aims to build a united and prosperous Nigeria where every citizen has opportunities to thrive.
