The Founder and Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, has reiterated the company’s firm commitment to upholding and preserving Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage and traditional institutions, which he described as indispensable stakeholders in achieving sustainable national development.
He made this known following a historic courtesy visit to the House of Oduduwa on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the invitation of His Imperial Majesty, Kabiyesi Arole Oduduwa, Olofin Adimula, the Oonirisa of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, CFR, Ojaja II. During the visit, the Adron Homes Chief Executive Officer emphasized that the company’s relationship with traditional institutions cuts across ethnic and regional lines.
Aare Emmanuel-King explained that Adron Homes’ engagement with royal authorities extends beyond Yorubaland, reflecting a broader national outlook that acknowledges the role of all ethnic groups and custodians of tradition in promoting unity, peace, and development across Nigeria.
“At Adron Homes, we regard land as sacred and believe that development must be undertaken with profound respect for culture, history, and traditional leadership—not only in the South-West, but in every part of Nigeria,” he stated.
He further highlighted Adron Homes’ expanding presence nationwide, citing its contributions to affordable housing, employment generation, and economic empowerment in several states. According to him, sustainable progress is best achieved when modern business practices align with indigenous values and long-standing institutions.
As part of the company’s long-term vision, Aare Emmanuel-King also unveiled plans for a landmark luxury estate project—ORISUN WHITE PARADISE RESORT—spanning more than 200 acres in Ile-Ife. The project is designed to harmoniously combine contemporary luxury, cultural heritage, and tourism development.
He concluded by expressing gratitude to the Oonirisa for the warm reception and royal blessings, describing the visit as a significant milestone that further underscores Adron Homes’ identity as a corporate brand dedicated to cultural respect, inclusiveness, and sustainable development throughout Nigeria.
