Ms. Zouera Youssoufou, Managing Director and CEO of the Aliko Dangote Foundation (ADF), together with Mr. Ahmed Iya, Head of Community Engagement and Polio Eradication at ADF, paid a visit to Dr. Rami Ahmad, Vice President (Operations) of the Islamic Development Bank, at the IsDB headquarters in Jeddah.
During the meeting, the delegation showcased the Foundation’s achievements to date, which have significantly benefited people from all backgrounds by driving social change through targeted investments in health and well-being, promoting quality education, and expanding empowerment opportunities for individuals and communities.
In turn, Dr. Rami expressed optimism about a productive and mutually beneficial partnership between the two organizations. He noted that many IsDB member countries are struggling with severe debt burdens, which limit their ability to invest in their people and livelihoods.
