Bigi Carbonated Soft Drink and Fearless Energy Drink, two leading brands under Rite Foods Limited, are set to bring music, talent and entertainment to students of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Lagos.
The three-day engagement, scheduled for September 15 to 17, 2026, is part of the brands’ ongoing campus entertainment initiative through Soundcity OnTour. The programme will feature musical performances, talent competitions and interactive activities designed to engage students and showcase their creativity.
The experience is structured to place students at the centre of the activities, going beyond the traditional concert format to provide opportunities for participation, talent discovery and self-expression.
The programme will begin with campus activations aimed at building excitement across the institution. This will be followed on the second day by the Bigi Music Competition, which will provide aspiring artistes with an opportunity to showcase their musical abilities before their peers and a wider audience.
One outstanding performer will emerge as the YABATECH campus winner and receive a ₦1 million prize. The winner will also have an opportunity to advance to the national stage, where the competition will offer further exposure and development opportunities.
Dance enthusiasts will also have an opportunity to showcase their skills through the Fearless Dance Challenge, as Fearless Energy Drink brings its signature energy to the campus.
The competition will provide YABATECH dancers with a platform to perform, entertain their peers and compete for recognition.

According to Ekuma Eze, Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at Rite Foods Limited, the brands are committed to creating platforms that reflect the creativity and aspirations of young Nigerians.
“Young people are not waiting for culture to happen; they are creating it every day. Through the Bigi and Fearless brands, we want to meet them where that creativity is most visible and give them platforms where they can express themselves, discover their capabilities and connect with opportunities beyond the immediate moment,” he said.
The three-day engagement will culminate on the final day with the Soundcity OnTour concert, featuring music, live performances and entertainment as students experience the full scale of the campus event.
Through the initiative, Bigi and Fearless are seeking to create an engaging platform where students can celebrate music, showcase their talents and connect with opportunities for greater exposure.
