In commemoration of International Women’s Day 2026, TPT International honoured the remarkable women within its organisation through a thoughtfully curated experience aimed at celebrating their dedication, creativity, and the positive energy they contribute to the agency.
Observed globally every year on March 8, International Women’s Day recognises the achievements, resilience, and contributions of women across all sectors of society. The 2026 theme, “Give to Gain,” underscores the importance of investing in women through recognition, opportunity, and support—an approach that benefits both organisations and society at large. For TPT International, the occasion provided an opportunity not only for celebration but also for reflection on its ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where women can thrive.
As part of the celebration, the agency’s leadership, led by Adetokunbo Modupe, treated the women of the organisation to a special movie and lunch outing. The initiative created a relaxed atmosphere for team bonding, laughter, and reflection away from the usual work routine. In addition, the women were granted Monday, March 9, 2026, as a work-free day, allowing them time to rest and fully enjoy the spirit of the global celebration dedicated to women.
Speaking on the initiative, Modupe expressed deep appreciation for the women whose dedication and professionalism continue to shape the success and identity of the organisation.
“Women are an invaluable part of our lives and of our organisation. Their contributions have played a significant role in shaping the growth, strength, and excellence of our professional practice. Our position as a preferred team would not have been possible without the intelligence, dedication, creativity, and positive spirit of the exceptional women within the organisation,” he said.
He added that while the organisation appreciates its female workforce every day, International Women’s Day offers a unique opportunity to pause and formally celebrate their impact.
“Today’s outing is a simple but meaningful way of reminding our women that their brilliance, resilience, and professionalism are recognised, valued, and deeply appreciated,” he noted.
Responding on behalf of the female staff, Ify Yvonne Odita expressed gratitude to the organisation’s leadership for cultivating a workplace environment where women feel valued, supported, and inspired to excel.
“The movie outing, lunch, and the work-free day demonstrate the value the organisation places on appreciation, balance, and employee wellbeing. It reflects a culture where people are genuinely respected and celebrated,” she said.
She added that the opportunity to step away from routine responsibilities, connect with colleagues, and share moments of relaxation made the celebration especially memorable.
“We are grateful for the recognition and proud to be part of an organisation that truly celebrates the contributions of its women,” she added.
