JMG Limited has stepped up efforts to promote employee health and wellbeing through a breast cancer awareness programme aimed at educating workers on early detection, recognising warning signs and seeking timely medical attention.
The initiative, organised as part of activities marking Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2026, featured a health education session led by Dr Asishana Sanni, Group Head of Medical Services at NEM Health Limited.
Drawing on over 14 years of clinical experience, Dr Sanni educated participants on breast cancer, highlighting the importance of recognising possible symptoms, undergoing appropriate medical checks and consulting healthcare professionals without delay.
The campaign, themed “Every Story Is Unique, Every Journey Matters,” highlights the different experiences of people affected by breast cancer while emphasising the importance of early diagnosis, proper medical care and support for patients.

The programme also provided JMG employees with an opportunity to gain valuable health knowledge and understand the role of awareness in making informed decisions about their wellbeing.
Speaking on the initiative, JMG Limited’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Gloria Ibeziako, stressed that access to accurate health information is essential to protecting individuals and their families.
She explained that the company considers health awareness an important aspect of employee empowerment, noting that people should have the knowledge and confidence to make informed health decisions, recognise when medical attention is necessary and prioritise their wellbeing.
The awareness session attracted employees participating both physically and virtually, ensuring wider engagement across the organisation.

JMG Limited provides electromechanical solutions and related services to businesses across different sectors. The company continues to promote employee wellbeing through initiatives aimed at building a healthier workplace and encouraging greater awareness of important health issues affecting individuals, families and communities.
